Spain and the Primavera Pro festival

Music Export Norway explores new waters with Norwegian music industry delegates.

Music Export Norway has been working with the Primavera Pro conference in Barcelona to arrange a special networking programme exclusively available for Norwegian industry representatives. The event will take place in parallel to the festival, from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June.

The Primavera Pro festival is considered an important networking arena for the independent music industry and attracts representatives from all over Spain, as well as international music industry people. Last year 1110 delegates from over 43 countries were present at the conference, UK and French industry particularly well represented. This conference provides a unique opportunity to get to know the professionals working with the Spanish market both nationally and internationally.

The delegation of music professionals will participate in panels and roundtable meetings with industry experts from the Spanish/Catalan music industry, in addition to individual matchmaking and other b2b events (by invitation only). The program is done in collaboration with the Canadian in The Canadian Independent Music Association.

Reception

There willl also be a reception at Hotel Zero (terrace) on Thursday May 31st 1PM- 2 PM, which is open for delegates with a Primavera Pro pass.

Music Export Norway and the Canadian Independent Music Association have teamed up to present a selection of high level Norwegian and Canadian companies to Primavera PRO to network and learn more about the Catalan market. 

The event is co-hosted by ICEC/Catalan! Music and Institut Ramon Llull/Catalan Sounds as well, providing networking opportunities to meet high-level delegates from three regions at once.
